General Terms and Conditions

01.Service Provider

Tomáš Stoklasa, Zahajská 100, 570 01 Litomyšl, Czech Republic. Contact: svatbadokapsy@seznam.cz. These terms govern the relationship between the provider and the client when ordering a wedding website through svatbadokapsy.cz.

02.Order and Contract

• Orders are placed by filling in the contact form or by email.
• The contract is concluded upon confirmation by the provider and payment of the deposit.
• The client receives an email confirmation with a summary of the agreed scope.

03.Pricing and Payment

• Prices listed on the Pricing page are final (we are not VAT registered).
• Payment is made by bank transfer.
• A 50 % deposit is due upon order confirmation; the remainder is due upon delivery of the finished website.

04.Delivery

• Standard delivery time is 14 working days from payment of the deposit and receipt of all materials from the client.
• The exact deadline is specified in the order confirmation.

05.Complaints

• The client may raise a complaint within 30 days of delivery.
• Complaints should be sent by email to svatbadokapsy@seznam.cz.
• Valid complaints will be resolved by correction or a price reduction.

06.Right of Withdrawal

• A consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of conclusion without giving a reason.
• If work has already commenced at the client’s explicit request, the provider is entitled to a proportionate fee for work already completed.

07.Personal Data

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy available at svatbadokapsy.cz/privacy.

08.Final Provisions

• These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.
• Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent Czech court.
• Out-of-court dispute resolution: Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).
